What areas do you service?
We are based in the Santa Clarita Valley and service surrounding areas including
San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles, Antelope Valley, and Ventura.
Can I combine services?
Yes! Add even more fun to your event by booking more than one service. We are able to stack add-ons to your original service. Let us know what you are interested in and contact us for pricing and recommended booking time.
How many hours should I book?
How many hours depends on the size of your party and how many services you would like. There is a one hour minimum to book and approximately 12-15 faces can be painted within an hour. If you are interested in more than one service, booking additional time or artists is highly recommended to ensure every guest gets an opportunity for each service.
What is your payment process and is there a deposit or contract?
We accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and cash. There is a $30-50 non-refundable booking fee to secure your date and time which goes towards your final amount due.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.
What is your refund policy?
Booking fees are non-refundable. There is a 50% fee for cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the scheduled event. Full payment is due for cancellations made
two (2) days or less prior to event. Rescheduling due to illness/emergency is available.

What is your set-up process?
Our artists will arrive at the site approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled booking time to ensure proper set up time. We bring our own table and chairs should there not be any provided. Please let our artists know if there will be any parking instructions/limitations so we can plan ahead!
What kind of products do you use and how do you remove it?
We use only the highest-quality, cosmetic-grade, and skin-safe products with FDA-approved ingredients. That includes our face paint, cosmetic glitter, nail polish, and adhesives. Products are easily removed with just soap and water -- or with makeup wipes. Use nail polish remover for nails. Hair tinsels and extensions are clip-ins that are also easily removed.
